Assets under Administration of IntReal increased by one billion euros in the first half of 2015

IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Hamburg, has increased their adminstrated real estate investment volume (assets under administration, AuA) by eleven percent or 940 million euros. As of 30 June 2015 the Service KVGs´ AuA are at 8.8 bn euros (30/12/2014: 7.9 bn euros).

IntReal closes anniversary year with growth of 16 percent

IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH increased in 2014 its managed real estate assets (assets under administration / AuA)  compared to the previous year by 16 percent to 7.9 billion euros.
