INTREAL Luxembourg is licensed by the CSSF as central administrator and AIFM for property funds and real estate private debt funds. The company may therefore launch and administrate any relevant real estate investment solutions, such as SIF and RAIF. Luxembourg vehicles are flexible, permit transparent tax structuring, and are suitable for virtually any international investor. An application to extend the license to include infrastructure funds and funds of funds has been filed with the CSSF. We expect the license to be issued by the third quarter of 2023, which will enable us to offer you our services in these asset classes as well.
