We appreciate your interest in our company and would like to make your visit to our website as pleasant as possible. Responsible handling of your data, which complies in every respect with the legal requirements in Germany, is a matter of course for us.
2. Scope of application
This Data Protection Policy applies to the following websites and their subdomains: www.intreal.de, www.intreal.com, www.intreal-solutions.de.
a. Surfing on our website
In principle, you can visit our websites without revealing your identity to us. We collect data about every server access to our website (so-called “server log files”).
The access data includes the following information:
- Name of the website accessed
- Date and time of access
- Amount of data transferred
- Notification of successful access
- Browser type and version
- User’s operating system
- Referrer URL (the page visited previously)
- IP address and the requesting provider.
The data is used exclusively for the administration and optimisation of the website and for statistical purposes. No usage profiles will thereby be generated.
The IP address can constitute personal data as, under certain conditions, it is possible to learn the identity of the owner of the internet access used, through information from the respective internet provider. We only analyse the IP address if there is an attack on our internet infrastructure. In this case, we have a legitimate interest in the processing of the IP address according to Art. 6 para. 1 f) of the GDPR. It results from the need to defend against the attack on the internet infrastructure, to determine the origin of the attack in order to be able to prosecute the person responsible under criminal and civil law, and to effectively prevent any further attacks.
b. Contact and communication
On some web pages you can enter personal data into input fields for the purpose of corresponding with us. This data is processed only for the purpose for which you have given us the respective data: for example, to process your inquiries, and to enable us to contact you at your request. In this case, the processing of the personal data takes place with your consent, and is thus permissible pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR. We shall erase your related data if the purpose for which you provided us with your data has been fulfilled or completed, and we are not legally entitled or required to store it further.
3. Information applications from other providers
Third-party content, such as videos on YouTube and map material from Google Maps, is integrated into our websites. The applications are hosted on the partners’ servers and operated by these partners. Please note that the use of such an application is subject to the data protection provisions of the respective partner, who is the “data controller” responsible for this processing according to Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR.
Our website uses plugins from YouTube to integrate and present video content. The provider of the video portal is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you access a page with an integrated YouTube plug-in, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established. This informs YouTube which of our pages you have accessed. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can directly assign your browsing behaviour to your personal profile. You have the option of preventing this by logging out beforehand.

Our website uses plugins from Google Maps to integrate and present map content. The provider of the portal is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you access a page with an integrated Google Maps plug-in, a connection to Google’s servers is established. This informs Google which of our pages you accessed. If you are logged into your Google account, Google can directly assign your surfing behaviour to your personal profile. You have the option of preventing this by logging out beforehand.
We use Google Maps in the interest of presenting our websites in an attractive way. This constitutes a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. For details on how we handle user data, please see Google Privacy’s Policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en.
