As the name suggests, the central administration plays a very important role for Luxembourg funds. But what does the term “central administration” actually mean? The central administration provides a whole variety of services including back office, accounting, reporting, the preparation of financial statements, the drafting and filing of notices prescribed by regulatory law, among other things.
The central administration service package is intended for AIFM who already have a Luxembourg license. Asset managers often obtain a license mainly for business policy or reputational reasons while preferring to outsource all the administrative efforts involved. One of our special competencies in this context is to offer comprehensive property-specific reporting.
