If a customer wishes to launch a fund with a focus on ESG and comes to INTREAL with this idea, there are additional aspects that need to be taken into account as compared to launching a fund that is not explicitly sustainable.

TAILORED REPORTING ON ALL ESG PRODUCTS
We will generally offer tailored reporting and analyses for all ESG products.
1. Basic reporting
2.Consumption data reporting
3. Evaluations on the performance of ESG /indicators and how these are in line with the investment strategy
4. INTREAL ESG Score
5. Measurement of transition risks via the representation of decarbonisation paths, stranding points and the carbon value at risk
6. Measurement of physical climate risks
If needed, our customers receive a taxonomy check for their assets in order to determine their portfolio’s contribution to the targets defined in the Taxonomy Regulation.
OVERVIEW OF OUR ESG FUND TYPES
Our service range is based on the different ESG fund types that we have defined in line with the requirements of the Disclosure and Taxonomy Regulations, among other factors:
1. Basic products: Sustainability within the scope of the AIFM overall portfolio strategy
2. Strategic products: Pursuit of selected ESG objectives based on specific ESG characteristics (ESG product in accordance with Article 8 of the Disclosure Regulation)
3. Impact products: Achievement of a measurable and verifiable positive contribution to environmental and social objectives (ESG product in accordance with Article 9 of the Disclosure Regulation)
Depending on the ESG fund type and the investors’ requirements, INTREAL offers its customers tailored reporting. The basic idea follows a modular principle according to which the content and evaluations build on one another and become more and more detailed the more “sustainable” a fund and the data availability are.
