2023
License extended in Luxembourg
INTREAL Luxembourg obtains licence for infrastructure and fund of funds, expanding the scope for Luxembourg structures.

First AA Scope-Rating (SMR) awarded
INTREAL is the first real estate service KVG to receive a Scope rating.

First open-ended fund

Full license as investment KVG received
The license as an AIF management company covers all closed-end and open-end domestic public and special AIFs for real estate.

INTREAL Solutions is founded
INTREAL Solutions is created to cater to the incresing demand for IT services at KVG level.
KAGB, new product rage
Launch of the KAGB: expansion of the product range and launch of the first closed-end fund.
2011
First agency agreement
Partnership with HIH Invest Real Estate: addition of 17 funds and 22 employees (formerly Warburg-Henderson).

First partner fund
Launch of the first INTREAL partner fund for a British asset manager.
