IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (INTREAL) and Camille Dufieux (56) have agreed that Ms. Dufieux will leave her role as Managing Director effective May 31, 2026. The departure is taking place by mutual agreement and with great mutual respect.
Camille Dufieux looks back on a career of more than 20 years at INTREAL, during which she played a key role in shaping the company through decisive phases of growth. Since joining in 2006 – then at the former parent company Warburg-Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH -she has significantly contributed to the development and strategic evolution of what is now INTREAL.
Ms. Dufieux began her career in international real estate financing, first at Landesbank Rheinland-Pfalz in Mainz, then at Eurohypo AG in Frankfurt, followed by HSH Nordbank AG in Hamburg. In 2006, she joined Warburg-Henderson KAG as Head of Treasury and moved to INTREAL in 2010 as Portfolio Supervisor, where from 2012 she led and expanded the Partner Funds division.
With INTREAL’s expansion into Luxembourg, Ms. Dufieux was appointed Conducting Officer of IntReal Luxembourg S.A. in 2021. At the beginning of 2024, she was appointed Managing Director of INTREAL in Hamburg – a position that reflected both her extensive experience and the company’s strong confidence in her leadership abilities.

The remaining management team, consisting of Andreas Ertle and Malte Priester, will take over Ms. Dufieux’s responsibilities.
