As of 1 July 2026, INTREAL in Luxembourg has assumed the responsibilities of Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and central administrator for a Luxembourg-based infrastructure fund. As part of the set-up, the self-managed fund was converted into a fully regulated fund structure compliant with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fund invests in renewable energy infrastructure and holds a portfolio of seven existing assets, comprising two solar parks in Italy as well as two solar parks and three wind farms in Germany. The fund is administered through INTREAL\u2019s Luxembourg office. The transition was implemented during ongoing operations and in close coordination with all partners involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
