{"id":11181,"date":"2026-02-24T12:29:20","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T12:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.intreal.com\/?p=11181"},"modified":"2026-03-12T15:31:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T14:31:53","slug":"intreal-closes-2025-with-significant-growth-exceeding-e90-billion-aua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.intreal.com\/en\/intreal-closes-2025-with-significant-growth-exceeding-e90-billion-aua\/","title":{"rendered":"INTREAL closes 2025 with significant growth, exceeding \u20ac90 billion AuA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INTREAL closed the 2025 financial year with significant growth and successfully completed its<br>strategic development into an international administration platform for real assets.<br>As of 31 December 2025, INTREAL\u2019s assets under administration (AuA) totalled EUR 90.1 billion.<br>The company reports the Group\u2019s entire AuA on a consolidated basis, including all subsidiaries.<br>At the end of the third quarter of 2025, the Group\u2019s AuA had amounted to EUR 86.6 billion.<br>INTREAL therefore continued its growth trajectory in the final quarter of 2025, surpassing the<br>EUR 90 billion mark in administered assets for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strong Growth in Fund Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Growth in AuA related to back-office services within the fund services segment was particularly<br>dynamic over the past year. In the fourth quarter alone, administered volume increased by 5.4%<br>to EUR 52.3 billion (30 September 2025: EUR 49.6 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the continued challenging market environment, INTREAL also saw noticeable<br>momentum in its core business \u2013 the structuring and administration of funds in Germany and<br>Luxembourg. In this area, AuA rose by approximately 2% quarter-on-quarter to EUR 37.7 billion<br>(30 September 2025: EUR 37.0 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe 2025 financial statements underscore the successful expansion of our Group and the<br>continued development of our service portfolio. With our comprehensive offering we are meeting<br>the current needs of the industry: we assume full responsibility for administrative services in both<br>regulated and unregulated environments, allowing our clients to maintain a clear focus on their<br>core business. In this way, we provide a solid foundation for our clients\u2019 success,\u201d says Andreas<br>Ertle, Managing Director of INTREAL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat is new is that, under the INTREAL umbrella brand, we are now consolidating all our<br>services for the first time. This highlights transparently what we have long represented: an<br>independent, internationally positioned administration platform for real assets.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Significant Growth in Funds, Properties and Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of 31 December 2025, INTREAL administered 395 funds (30 September 2025: 381 funds).<br>The number of fund partners increased to 73 (30 September 2025: 72). At asset level, growth<br>was particularly pronounced: the number of administered properties rose to 3,612 (30 September<br>2025: 3,511). At the same time, the Group continued to expand its workforce. At year-end,<br>INTREAL employed 562 staff (30 September 2025: 555) across its offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt<br>and Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Camille Dufieux, Managing Director of INTREAL, comments: \u201cThe real assets market remains<br>challenging: continued investor caution, rising cost pressures and weak domestic economic<br>growth in Germany are creating structural challenges for market participants.
